So Much To Transform, So Little Time
Today President Obama announced he would begin the process of normalizing relations with Cuba, including establishing a US Embassy in Havana. Exactly how he will go about this is unknown (yet another Exec Order?), as Congress is the only entity that can end an embargo. But then, when has he ever let that sort of thing stand in his way?

Between Exec orders and Presidential memorandums, this current resident of the White House needs no congressional approval (not that any of them have the political will to OPPOSE these edicts...only whine from afar) and is showing his hand on agenda items left unchecked by him so far in second term...he is not finished in his pledge to "fundamentally transform" this great nation.
