Why do we need legislators to make laws when the supreme court is doing that and getting away with it. Who gave them the authority? surely not the people.
And surely not the Constitution. Article 3 says nothing about the Supreme Court or any court having the power to legislate through judicial review. A real president would start impeachment proceedings against the traitors to their oaths.
Not only do we not have a real president, I think the congress and SCOTUS is in on the takedown. The brazen 'in your face' behavior we're seeing now will get worse...
